Letter of Sympathy (surat simpati) 慰问信【wèi wèn xìn】

慰问信是向人表达安慰、关切、问候之意而已。慰问信一般有两种：一种是表示同情安慰；另一种是在节日表示问候。

Letter of Sympathy is only a letter to express cheer up, concern or greetings. Commonly this letter have 2 types: 1. To express sympathy and comfort; 2. To express greetings in some of festival days.

Surat simpati hanyalah sebuah surat untuk menghibur, memperhatikan atau mengirim salam. Umumnya surat ini ada 2 jenis: 1. Untuk menyatakan rasa simpati dan menghibur; 2. Untuk memberi salam dalam suatu hari raya.

主要的内容或结构：

       1. 标题（剧中）。可写“慰问信”、“写给XX的慰问信”或“XX至XX的慰问信”。

       2. 称谓。必须写敬语。

       3. 慰问的缘由。可写事情的情况、事迹等。

       4. 慰问、祝福、希望。

       5. 签名和日期。

Primary content or structure:

       1. title (in the center). Can write “慰问信”, “写给XX的慰问信” or “XX至XX的慰问信”

       2. appellation. Must be with honorific.

       3. the reason of sympathy or greetings. Could write the condition, story, etc.

       4. sympathy, blessings, wishes.

       5. signature and date.

Poin atau struktur utama:

       1. judul (di tengah). “慰问信”, “写给XX的慰问信” atau “XX至XX的慰问信”.

       2. penyebutan. Harus menggunakan kata2 sopan atau hormat.

       3. alasan bersimpati atau memberi salam. Bisa menulis keadaan, cerita, dll.

       4. kata2 simpati, memberkati, harapan.

       5. tanda tangan dan tanggal.
