开山老祖 【kāi shān lǎo zǔ】
释义：开山：指在名山创立寺院；老祖：第一代创业的人。原指开创寺院的和尚。后借指某一事业的创始人。
Mean：the founder of some work.
Arti：penemu
suatu pekerjaan.
示例：屈原是“楚辞”的开山老祖，而他的《离骚》，却只是不得帮忙的不平。
