怕硬欺软【pà yìng qī ruǎn】
释义：害怕强硬的，欺负软弱的。
Mean：afraid of the strong one
but bully the weak one.
Arti：takut pada yang kuat
tapi menganiaya yang lemah.
示例：天地也，做得个怕硬欺软，却元来也这般顺水推船。
