罚不当罪 【fá bù dāng zuì】
释义：当：相当，抵挡。处罚和罪行不相当。
Mean：not a fairly punishment
for the crime.
Arti：hukuman yang tidak adil
kepada pelaku kejahatan.
示例：1. 谁个惩办要严，谁个处罚从轻，农民都有极明白的计算，罚不当罪的极少。
2. 夫德不称位，能不称官，赏不当功，罚不当罪不祥莫大焉。
