发凡起例【fā fán qǐ lì】
释义：发凡：提示全书的通例。指说明全书要旨，拟定编写体例。
Mean：recount the general
idea, the stylistic rules and the layout of a book.
Arti：menjelaskan topic utama,
gaya bahasa dan tampilan dari sebuah buku.
示例：其发凡以言例，皆经国之常制。
