Letter of Request (surat permohonan) 请求信【qǐng qiú xìn】

请求信是向收信人提出请求，表明请求他人做某事的原因。

Letter of Request is a letter to make some request to the recipient, make clear the reason of the request.

Surat permohonan adalah sebuah surat untuk memohon sesuatu kepada pihak penerima, menulis dengan jelas alasan dari permohonan.

Congratulation letter (surat ucapan syukur) 祝贺信【zhù hè xìn】

祝贺信是为了祝贺生意上的朋或他人友高升、得奖、有成功等而发出的信。

Congratulation letter is a letter to congrats friends or the other who achieve a promote, win a prize or success, etc.

Surat ucapan syukur adalah surat untuk menyelamati teman atau orang lain yang memperoleh promosi, menang hadiah atau sukses, dll.

Letter of Sympathy (surat simpati) 慰问信【wèi wèn xìn】

慰问信是向人表达安慰、关切、问候之意而已。慰问信一般有两种：一种是表示同情安慰；另一种是在节日表示问候。

邀请信（邀请函）是邀请亲戚、朋友或名人士、专家等参加某项活动的请约性书信。内容要简洁明了，不要太多文字。

Surat undangan adalah semacam surat untuk mengundang keluarga, teman, spesialis atau tokoh masyarakat, dll untuk menghadiri suatu acara. Isinya harus singkat, padat dan jelas, tidak perlu terlalu panjang.
